motorcraft rh 16 thermostat housing

I can't find this thermostat housing anywhere, all the auto parts stores carry another thermostat housing which is missing the two ports that come out of the top. is it possible to get this other housing and bypass the two plugs that go into it? or, does any one know where I can find that part-- motorcraft rh 16? I cant find it on the internet yet. thanks!
