If your worried about passing an emission test, you'll have to weld the EGR tube back into the r/s header. If no test is required, just remove the pipe, then unhook the Vac hose that pulls the EGR plunger. The other option is remove the EGR and Fab a plate to block the ports. A real neat way is to thread both ports and install pipe plugs, but be sure not to get any chips into the intake, while drilling an tapping.
