Engine info needed.

Post by C_Sanchez_A »

What kind of headers will fit on an '84 B2 (original V6). I would also like to know which carb and breather would fite. I want to give the original engine more "balls". I alredy know which exhaust I'm puting in (Cat-Back Performance Dual Exhaust System with Resonator Tips from LMC Trucks). I'm going to be rebuilding it with new parts.

Any eninge info would be apriciated. :D

I think there was only a few manufacturers that built headers for the 4x4 BII/Ranger and don't think they still do, but if you look up the 2150 carb it was and still is one of the best carbs made. The 2.8 you can get an Offenhauser intake for that should help with performance though.

Edelbrock makes headers and holly makes a 2 barrel that bolts up as long as you dont have the a4ld. The trouble is that the og carb is computer controlled and you will have to do the duraspark conv to run anything but stock
