no fuel pressure

ok i found out that my electric issue was a stupid mistake of not reconnecting the body ground, but now i have no fuel pressure. i can hear the pump in front of the filter come on, so i unhooked the filter and turned the key and nothing, not so much as a drip anyone have any ideas?

how do i check the pump in tank without dropping the tank?
the truck sat for almost two years and obviously ran before the previous owner popped the motor.

theeeeeen it must not work. check the connection on the tank

OK pulled the tank down and its got a thick layer or rust in it, and the pump screen as been ate away. i went and bought a pump and tank. thanks rangerdave
