Are you and all the others in Washington still around or did the rain/snow/floods wash you away? Our local news is saying that you guys are getting pounded this winter. Is everything ok up there?

Other than a frozen pipe and a dripping down spout, everything is great! I just got off the roof. My wife threatened to not let me sleep until it's fixed.

We just had a 20 year snow storm and arctic blast come through. We've had this much accumulation many times, but it's very rare for it to go on for two weeks. Temps got down to single digits. Which for this elevation is very rare. It was pretty awesome getting all this snow. If my bronco wasn't running, I would have been seriously depressed.

So far there hasn't been any significant river flooding. There's been some urban flooding due to clogged drains. I expect we'll probably see a major flood soon as there hasn't been one this year.

WOW nice snow. That looks like a cold powdery snow, not the wet stuff. Very nice. I saw those pics of the bus above I-5. That wouldnt be fun in the front row of that one. Glad you arent having the problems that others seem to be.
