clutch has no pressure?

so i finally pulled my transmission, and put in the new slave cylinder, clutch kit, and flywheel. then i put it all back together and attached the new clutch master cylinder to slave cylinder hose. and im almost 100% shure it was done properly, theres always that one chance.

i bled the line and pumped the clutch like ur supposed to, then refilled the master cylinder, and let it sit like i usually do. but i cant get anypressure from the clutch pedal.

the old hose had a little cylinder that was at the end of the line that attaches to the master cylinder, but the new one dosent... what is this cylinder, and could it be causing the problem??

any suggestions are very welcome, and appreciated.
