A little desert excursion 8/08

I have only had her for a few weeks, and I wanted to take her out for some little fun.
I went to lake mead recreation area in Las Vegas, NV.

I found some back roads roads to drive around on. I found a hill to climb and didn't realize the sand was so soft. I got a run at it and started bouncing all over before she started to sink. I put her in 4low to get out and managed to hit the only desert tree(bush) that was around.

Next time I attack the hill: slow and steady, rebuilt carb, new plugs and etc, hopefully new 29-31" tires, a 2" body lift.

Those "little scratches" are great at breaking the side mirrors or smokers windows

Yep if ya come this way the trails are narrow so the first thing you do is pull in the mirrors.
