Mustang exhaust manifolds

Does anybody know if the exhaust manifolds on my 2.8L from a '78 Mustnag II are the same as the 2.8L that went into the Ranger and Bronco II. I have to get a head pipe for mine and want to make sure it's going to fit right.
And on the 8th day God created beer.

So the driver side is the same and the passenger side is completely different. The Oil filter on the Mustang two comes straight out the side of the block while the B2's and Rangers have a relocation adapter to make clearance for the head pipe. So I pulled the exhaust manifold from an 85 B2 along with the adapter and I should have all the exhaust bolted up today.
And on the 8th day God created beer.
