tranny adapter question

I've got a guy tryingto sell me a NP435 with a jeep dana 18/20 adapter on it. my question is will the ford dana 20 bolt up to the jeep adapter?

it's a bit of a drive to go look at it, and with gas prices so high I don't want to drive all the way to it with my dana 20 just to find out that it won't work.

I think the ford dana 20 is has a unique bolt pattern, so no, I don't think it will work. Also I know it's common for Jeep guys to swap in the lower gear set from the ford dana 20's. I think the Jeep NP435's don't have as low of a granny gear as ford.
