They call me Bones, and I have been building, modifying and wheeling rigs for 20 years. I have played with almost every brand of 4x4 out there. My passion is wheeling and fabricating and almost all my spare time is dedicated to this. Now on to the nitty gritty, lol. I run an 86 Eddie Bauer Edition Bronco II. It was actually the wife's DD until the 2.9L ticked it's last tick about 5 years ago. It sat for a few years until I could figure out what I was going to do with it. Then I came across a potential donor vehicle for really cheap. so I tore it apart and built us a more exciting DD/WW. I have done the typical Xploder swap (bought a very rusty 92 Exploder Eddie Bauer fully loaded), the only stock Bronco parts left are the frame, body, a few interior panels and the gas tank. With the Xploder suspension in there I added a body lift, trimmed the fenders and threw in some coil spacers and rear blocks to fit 35" TSL's on the stock BII alloys. We have been wheeling it this way for 2 years now. It's amazing what this rig can do with very little suspension flex and an open front diff and LS rear, lol. So far this little rig impresses every one who wheels with me as well as myself. I'm used to wheeling with and in much more extreme rigs. My other rig is a 68 Land Rover with a very healthy SBC/th400/np205/locked Toy 8" diffs/ linked suspension and sittin on 40" Gumbos. It's a whole lotta yeehoo buggy there for sure. There are already plans for a set of fullwidth axles in an SAS HP D44 and a 9" flavor in the BII. There never really done are they? Anyways here's some pics of the BII.
Here she is in stock form out wheeling.

And after the mods.
