lift
3" body lift and some cut out flares are the cheapest, i have never used spring spacers, so i don't know about that.

cheap lift
Coil springs out of a ranger stx, with auto trans and air cond have a higher spring rate, thus raising the front. Getting yor rear springs re-arched with aleaf added will do the rear.Fender trimming still req'd.This worked for me until I was ready to go big.
