Awesome. Glad to see you building another Bronco II. I can't wait to build another one.

I think I would have kept the stock bronco II steering box though. Those f150 boxes are prone to breaking sector shafts.

would have loved too, but i puhed the front axle 7-8 inch's forward no room for the stock box, maybe ill use a toyota box if i start having problems :puke:

Looks like you got a good start and a bit of work ahead of you :cool:
I think boxing the arms like you said is the only way to go, some early Bronco guys used to run the extensions just as you have them and it did not always stay straight. I think a longer arm is the way to go and I like JJ's, I have had a wristed arm for many years now and I am starting to rethink them. I think these may be what I do in the future Lars bars

push the axle real far forward, and use a crown vic box and draglink to the rear of the knuckle!

Another option would be to do the opposite of the EB guys. Use the guts from the 78-79 box to reverse the direction of the Bronco II box. Then mount the BII box on the outside of the frame.

looks to me the d-shaft you grenaded was a stocker - tulip style cv shit? look at this comparison in size, and tell me it's not beefier than stock. btw, the thought i was trying to convey to you was "ditch the cv style joint and go with something BEEFY like my spicer double cardan", not "look at my puny d-shaft that won't work in your situation.

reading comp. suck or what theres no brokin shaft , thats a pic of a toyota birfield that was cut down and turned into a drive shaft .

the stock tulip drivshaft out of a b-2 is a joke for that matter but the double cardon shaft you posted a pic up of is useless theres not enough there . so sorry if i offended you but maybe you should have read more :laugh:

A birfield is the same as a CV, what made you want to run a CV driveline vs a more conventional high angle setup?
