need to upgrade my driveshaft

I have a one of the crappy, stock, CV style driveshafts. I found this one on ebay:

Is this a good driveshaft? What's involved in installing it? Thanks.

that drive shaft is not to best but it is better than what you got, and its not a bad price.

Four 12mm bolts on top and four on bottom, easy swap. But if you eventually lift it and its 4 inchs or over you are going to need to get that one extended once and if you do a lift
