I was trying to open the rear hatch and the handle just broke off. I have an aftermarket handle on the way, but how do I fix it with the hatch closed? Can I get to it from inside?
when i bought my truck the handle was broken but the panel on the inside was taken off and its real easy once this is taken off there are 2 rectangle openings that you stick your arms in and can pull two thin bars outward and the door will pop open and not sure about actually replacing it i can open mine with fingers through hole lol
do you mean you can open it through the hole on the outside? (where the handle goes) or through the hole on the inside, underneath the plastic panel? Is it possible to take off the plastic panel with the hatch closed? Thanks.
