vibration at cruising speeds!

have a 90 bll at 55 mph and up ther is a vibration when you let off gas just enough to take pressure off driveline hit the gas it goes away and i have the cv style driveshaft any ideas.

look at your drive shaft and inspect your boot over the cv joint if this boot is torn you will need to replace it and possible the cv joint also inspect your universal joints make sure there is no excessive wear on them if this truck has been driven hard or nuetral dropped alot those can be worn cuasing a vibration

Let me add this thought. Look over the shaft real close for dents or dings. I have seen many a shaft running and vibrating because of the damage.

If no dents or dings then the CV joint is a goner.

if everything looks good take it in and see if it is bent or even just out of balance.
