Mostly cracks in the plastic. They're made out of foam molded to plastic. Told you it was in bad shape.

I wasn't going to try. That's why I replaced it. Gotta remember, the fabric doesn't keep it from bowing. The foam and plastic does.

Could it be fiberglassed? We just started an 87 rebuild and our interior is frightening. LOL!! But I’m wondering if a person could lay out the headliner (supported from underneath so it maintained the proper shape) and apply resin to a lightweight sheet of glass...
