custom made door handle

Post by 101btp »

ok so I decided so swap out my inside door panels from a previous BroncoII I had the molded plastic ones to the vinyl flat ones on a board the swap went well except for the arm rest yes it went in the the slip in plastic anchors defiantly did not hold up yes they went in and yeah worked good till I needed to pull the door closed with it lol pulled the door closed and off came the armrest/door handle  so I thought why don't I just make a door handle set!!! and that's exactly what I did, took some bar stock T6 aluminum and using a band saw de burring tool and Bridgeport mill made them, I think they turned out well!!

Iv'e also decided to go yet another way with the door panel im using polished aluminum diamond plate too!

Very cool. If I had a Bridgeport, that's what I would have made.
