2005 Mustang

Post by Nobody »

I walked by a 2005 mustang in the parking lot today. I'm not much off car guy, but ford did a pretty good job on the 2005 mustang. Nice classic lines. I think this would be a good one to stuff in a barn for about 30 years. I wish ford would get a clue with the Bronco.

I totally agree. If I had the money, I would buy one. The look sweet!

I agree too and was tempted to start payments on one on a program they have over here to buy new cars for when you get home.

I have not realy been impressed with alot of the new cars lately but the mustang definatly makes me want to go into debt. they are all over the place down here, the dealership can't hold on to them for long. I like the chry. 300M also.

I want one so bad I can't hardly stand it. Just can't afford it right now. I think that Ford needs to put the 360 HP Supercharged Lightning motor in it. For $200 you can add a chip to the computer (of a lightning truck) and a blower pully. This jumps it up to 420 HP. That would be screaming in that mustang. As a former owner of an origonal (1967), Ford did do a great job with this new one.

Nobody, your right, they should get a clue and do something with Bronco.
Bring back the classics I say.
Can't think of anything witty, intelligent, or cool to say...guess I'm just stupid.

Getting one

Post by B2JAY »

I'm waiting for the dealership to get mine in. The demand for these cars is out of hand. I'm waiting for a specific color.

those stangs are bad a$$, even the concept camaro took the lines of the old 60's classic. it's ashame that the lightning got scrapped. i'd a liked to see that thing compete with the srt and damn hemi trucks. instead they go and do a sports F-150 :puke: lame. would have been better off just waiting to do the lightning.

I saw a comercial saying $20,900 but that was probably a v6, not a GT.
I herd they were playing with a 351 v10 (4.6 + 2 more cycl.) at one point for that body style but I haven't herd anything about it in a while.

Bickford ford has three Saleens Matt. Those are the bad ass ones. I checked them out the other day while I was getting parts the other day. They also have a F150 crew cab with coil overs and easy financing :finger: .
