I just got back from the polls and man, there is people everywhere! it's awsome! they are saying 70 - 80% voting turn out!

well, I guess its over. I just hope the states go ahead and finish counting even though Kerry got beat. if they don't finish it might dicourage people from getting out and voiceing there opinion.

Yep, it's over. They always count the votes. It was a clean win. Bush led by 3.5 million or so in the popular vote too.

yeah, it was a good race. they say that is the most ever won by a president. I guess that just goes to show how much of a turnout it was. I think the american people would have been upset if Kerry would have drug it out. maybe he took a lesson from Gore, but I will say congrates to W. I think they both gave a hell of a fight.

I was up til 5am (MT) for work and it still wasnt for sure it was W, but I woke up this morning with the TV on and heard that Kerry had just called W and conceeded. I was pleased. I guess we as a country arent going to hell in a handbasket :finger: !
