L and L products is a company that specializes in engine conversion kits. They have a very nice remote oil filter kit. You have to use a remote filter because there isn't enough clearance to put a filter directly on the engine.

Kaufmann Products is another company that specializes in V8 swaps. I bought their shorty headers. They are very very nice and quite expensive! They are ceramic coated, and have very thick flanges. I didn't need to use a gasket. Just high temp RTV. Not a single leak or loose bolt since I bolted them on over 3 years ago!

You really don't *need* to buy headers though. You can get stock manifolds that would work fine.
