My new house

Post by Rockcrawler »

Well actully its not so new sense i bought it over a month ago. Its in San Juan Bautista right across the street from where i lived before. I got a killer deal on the place for only 280k!!! The bathroom needed to be redone but other then that the place is in really good shape. The house is 1100 sq ft, and it has a 700 sq ft shop in the back. Wes is my roommate and so there is no pics of the second room.

Congrats on the new house. Looks like it has a lot of potential. I see you have plenty of parking too!

Its actully a gas stove, thats one of two heaters. Its really cool looking and easy to use not like a wood burning one because im to lazy for that stuff. Yeah parking was one of the biggest issues with finding a house for me.
