Towing 84 Bronco II 4wd manual tranny

I have an 84 BII and can't find my owners manual. Looking for help from someone with that manual about towing my bII. I only want to tow it about 10 miles to my mechanic. I have a tow dolly OR I THINK I can hook up a generic tow bar and tow behind my F150. Thanks for your help.
