Sounds like a heater core to me. Do the windows fog up or do you smell coolant when you turn on the defroster?

Or a heater hose? Maybe its got a hole or is loose clamp on the core?

If you can't find it, go to Autozone and get the pressure tester they have. Fill the fluid up and pump away. The leak will be seen easily!!!!
