bad gas

any recommendations for additives to clean out water/ethanol separation? i have siphoned the tank as dry as possible without removing the tank. is there a drain?

i used to be a boat mechanic. johnson evinrude makes some stuff called 2+4. it is amazing. it is a cleaner, stabilizer, and removes water. especially well on the water. me and my brother took a water bottle that was half full and put just a little 2+4 in it and let it sit over night. the next morning we poured the water on the bench and lit it on fire. i don't know what it is or how it works, but it is amazing stuff.
