Emergency brake

So my bronco IIs emergency brake just stopped working and im wondering if anyone else has had this problem and some quick tips for me

First, there are three cables to check, one to each rear break drum, and one that goes from the pedal to a three way union about mid way under the chassis on the driver's side.
