cheapest '89 B2 Ventwindow install?

I recently bought an '89 B2. I'm assuming Broncos didn't have vent windows for the '89 model year because mine doesn't ad neither do any other 89-90's. I'd like to install some. the easiest way might be goin to a scrap yard and getting some Ranger or b2 doors that already have ventwindows and just bolting those on but I was just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on how to do it cheaper?
