how do you get to the top bolt of the rear shock
kinda close to heat it up right by the gas tank :confused: :confused: :mad2:

Yeah the left side is a little difficult. I replaced all my shocks recently and had some trouble with that one. I cannot remember what size the bolt head was now but that was my biggest problem. I did eventually get it off using a ring spanner on it though. It can be done by getting up there in a certain position. Wish I could remember what size that was now. That was my frustration while doing this.

when heating near the tank, if worried, just put a piece of sheetmetal between the heat and te tank. The tank will not gain as heat at all this way.
