rust on inside of valve covers

hey hey....
I've had my valve covers pulled off for a couple of months sitting in the garage.....was moving them over the weekend and I noticed some rust starting to form on the inside.....
I probably should have rubbed some oil on them but now I'm wondering if this is a big deal.....should I replace these?
