Well, the truck actually tries to start now but, It acts like it's gonna start and it runs if I keep pressing down the gas and turning the starter but it won't stay running. Any idiers? :/

fuel pressure.

check pump(s)
filter(s)
injectors (if it's FI)

see if it fires up when you spray in some starter fluid. Don't use the gas pedal. If it fires up and then dies once the fluid is burned up - there's your problem.

I actually figured out the problem and it is major... I removed the spark plugs and they're covered in oil.

well maybe not - below were mine about 5 or 6 months ago. I pulled them to change them and the spark plug wires after I bought the truck 2 years ago.

The truck ran noticeably better and still is. Worth a shot unless they are like literally dripping with oil. At least you'd know how fast they are fouling.

those plugs right there indicate that you have lean condition and yes your rings are worn. i take it those are autolites they are very nortorious for the insulation to seperate from the plug houseing so you get that blow by between the porslin and the metal......through some new plugs in it but before you do that do a leak down test...your head gasket might have a crack in it so oil could be leakin in from the top but a leak down test will tell you alot
