removing cruise controll stuff

Post by brother-moe »

so, i have come to a conclusion that since my cruise controll dosnt work and i dont really care for it anyway, i want to remove all the vacuume lines and other electrical stuff so my motor looks less complicated. i have an 84 bII with the 2.8 and 5sp. now the confusion in my head comes from thinking (sometimes when i think before i act, i get confused). i was wondering if i remove all the vacuume lines, ill have to plug them or it will run poorly. also all the wiring plugs on the passenger wheel well would have to be removed as far as i can tell.

has anyone done this and kept their stock motor? or can anybody give me guidance or advice on removing all these bits and pieces??
