Post by joeyy »

Im loosing oil pretty bad, im pretty sur eits the valve cover seals to blame. Its a 87 BII 2.9L. My question is how hard is it to actually change out the seals, what all is involved, how expensive, ho wlong does it normally take? Thanks

be careful tightening them down too, they snap easy, ive done it. i replaced mine it took about an hour, just clean them up real good too, all mating surfaces.
