Explorer springs vs. XJ springs

I have read that putting explorer front springs will give you a little lift as well as Cherokee springs. Question is which would be best? I have a set of 32" tires and a winch/bumper combo. Which springs will give me the most lift? How will my articulation be compared to F150 springs? This is supposed to be the cheapest build I have ever done so tips and tricks are welcomed :) Thanks!
