weird prob im having here and we are getting 18in of snow

basically i was drivin around the other night got to a point were i needed 4wd mind u ive replaced everything the shift motor and module anyway it was working great except in reverse weird but then i push the button and all the lights light up and i hear the click but only the rwd wtf. So i checked my lock outs put them back together cuz i didnt see anything wrong and back up and it works forward and back wards but i only went 10 feet. Then i go down the street and its in straight 2wd idk
