NP435 Identification

Post by OCD4B2 »

Ok, now that i have picked out a tranny to go behind my 302, or possible 347, how can i identify the freakin thing? Do i check the door, can i check the tranny for a tag? And is there any similarity between the NP435 and any other ford transmissions?

NP435, T-18 and T-19 are all similar. The NP435 has an aluminum top cover as already mentioned.
