You're almost there now....

basically all I did was put the tranny in first and bend the shifter along the same contour of the dash. Then midway up the dash, it breaks away just a tad.

Is the 2nd gen dash a lot different? I forgot what is looks like in that area.

got it bent up, works alot better, now the problem is , its in gear when the shifter is in neutral, so out comes the shifter again. do you have a pic of the tranny in neutral so i can make sure all my gears are the right way for the shift forks

I'm running 4.56's and 36's. My transfer case is also geared a little lower. Mine crawls awesome. It pretty much will idle over anything. My idle is set about 800 rpm.

My friend Steve put a FI 5.0L in his early bronco. His first few times out wheelin, he was killing it a lot. He said his carbed 302 had a little better low end.

He just recently replaced a part that allows him to adjust the idle. He bought it off ebay. I don't recall what part it is, I'll have to ask him.

My crawl ratio is 6.69 X 2.34 X 4.56 = 71.38:1

Yours 6.69 X 1.99 X 3.50 = 46.60

That's a pretty significant difference.

You gonna have that Beast at Attic on Nov. 13th? I'm hoping to make that one.
