No, on a high pinion axle, the gears are cut in the reverse direction. Assuming it's the actual gears in the picture, they are low pinion gears.

you also need to make sure you have the right carrier too. the carrier for a 3.50 and a 4.10 or higher are different.

Philipi, I'm going to have a set of 4.09 and a tracloc for d44, and a set of 4.10 for a 9" for sale very soon. Very, very soon if you want them.

4.10 is a good ratio for a V8 and 33's.
