3" leaf spring questions...

Post by Phillippi »

Ok I may be retarded, but I had a thought. When using 3" springs from a FS bronco, is it possible to cut 1/4" off either side of the eyes so it will fit in our 2 1/2" spring hanger already in place? Is this possible or am I dreaming of an easier swap.

you might be able to use an angle grinder to trim a little, but I have never tried it so it might give you problems.

James Duff has 3" leaf spring sets for $280 for BII. Just thought I'd mention it.
