Re: Question about push button 4x4
I don't know which is better. I recently bought a BII with 5 spd overdrive, manual transfercase where i shift it myself, and automatic hubs.
I have always liked non-electric pushbutton.

Well the crap is getting deep, but like others you keep plugging away. I know realize things could be a lot worse. About 20 months ago I was injured teaching school. A student assaulted me while I was teaching 9th grade science. After 2 months of headaches, changed personality and etc.. the medical ...

Re: tips & pointers needed before I buy a lift kit.

I decided to work on other things for now: today's trip to wrecking yard: newer drivers side seat better than the one that I have with the broken back ($50) found a chrome brush guard that I need to clean up and install ($25) I didn't know if when Pic a Par...

Tom, I am pulling for the twins. I am an identical twin that was born almost 4 months early. My mom tells stories of visiting us in the ICU. When she brought us home relatives tell us they could hold us each in one hand. My mom said we were so small we slept in a box or dresser drawer. This was x-ma...

tips & pointers needed before I buy a lift kit.
Hi to all, Well I am very close to the point of purchasing tires. I have been running with a used set of 31x 10.50 x 15 BF Mud terrains. The tires are rubbing slightly on the front fenders, but are so worn it is not bad. Before I start my next project: 2" bodylift I was looking for suggestions ...

Replacing Valve seals...
Well I guess it is time to replace the valve seals on my 2.8L motor that is on my 84 BII. I am having a hard time getting emissions to pass, as it puffs some smoke now and then, always in the morning and when I rev it up. How hard is it to replace the valve seals on this motor. I am not a mechanic, ...

Need suggestions on front hub assembly
Working on my 84 bronco II 4x4 with automatic hubs. I am trying to reassemble; I am stuck on the cam assembly piece. I am having trouble getting the cam to slide onto the spindle: I have lined up the center of the spline keyway with the closest hole/slot on the bearing adjusting nut and then I try t...
