Re: What did you do with your Bronco II today?

Still not much B2 news here, other than driving around in the pasture gopher hunting, got a million of the little buggers this year and the holes can result in cattle with broken legs so they need to be culled. Its 'Off Roading'... just real slow and easy. Lol

Re: trim around rear side windows

I have a couple '84/'85 parts trucks here..... $50 plus shipping for both complete sides, I could put up pics tomorrow if you interested. I ship alot of garden tractor parts to the US thru Canada Post, cost is not bad, delivery is usually about 5 days.

Re: What did you do with your Bronco II today?

I have turned a wrench on a B2 in weeks, been busy on kijiji with garden tractors tho, and actually showing a little profit for a change, picked up a few cheap JDs that dont need alot of time or $$ but still bring in a buck or two. Doubled the garden area and got it planted, most everything is up al...

Re: What did you do with your Bronco II today?

Spring is garden tractor time for me so I havent worked on a B2 for awhile, been driving the '84 daily for several weeks now... had to mend a broken brittle wire on the side of the highway one day but otherwise its been working very well. One '85 is in the shop waiting for the duraspark to be done, ...

Re: What did you do with your Bronco II today?

That sounds like it would work similar to vinegar, but what do you do with the rust/molasses afterwards, that would be a smelly mess. Think I'll try vinegar first and see how that goes

Re: What did you do with your Bronco II today?

I'll stick with my Bronco's.... Exploder is nice but it suits her better than me. So how did your rust removal rig work? I dragged home a 100 year old garden scuffler last week I want to clean up but dont want to use power tools on, thinking of using vinegar and a soft brush. Not sure if it will com...

Re: Spark plugs

Many autoparts stores these days have the referance book near the plugs, you simply look up your vehicle/engine and find the # of the plugs... or ask at the parts counter. New cap and rotor would be a good idea also. Have you ever considered the duraspark conversion? Its well worth the effort.. bett...

Re: What did you do with your Bronco II today?

Working on tractors here this weekend, a '98 Craftsman and an early '80s Bolens RER, picked them up last weekend along with an electric Harley golf cart. The craftsman is the best of the three, Ive put in a battery and repaired a crack in the body, has one flat tire needing repair, and the float stu...

Re: Wheel and tire size

235/75s are a nice fit, thats what I have on some '94 Ranger rims under my '85 B2. Might want some extra wide mud flaps tho as they will throw more mud up onto the truck.
