i perfer manual for the sole reason of nothing goes wrong with a shift lever. elctronic shift has a switch and a shift motor for the t-case, which could go bad. worse case senario is the motor goes bad and you have to replace it, i wouldn't let shifting type steer your decision either way.

ok i've got a dana 30 from a 93 grand cherokee that i'm going to put in my b2, does anyone have any advice on this as far as setting up control arms, coil springs to use, rear springs to use, i would like to get about four inches of lift can you give more details? is the pumkin on the drivers side?...

How do you test the compressor to see if it's functioning correctly? lost texans right if its out of the truck, if its in the truck, turn on the a/c and jumper the a/c pressure switch and it will turn on the compressor then you can get a accurate freon reading, if it doesn't kick on the a/c clutch ...

like what was already sugested, make sure the clutch resevior is full. if thats not the problem get under the truck with someone in the cab and have push the clutch pedal while your watching the clutch itself ( warning wear some kind of glasses) you may have a external slave cylinder or internal, ei...

i tried finding the quantity that tranny holds and some say 9qts. i would get a dip stick for it so you can tell, trannys aint nothing to be jacking with on the oil quantity. other than that something sounds wrong with the valve body. i would take it back out and look it over again make sure you did...

a couple things i can think of- did you let the clutch's soak for 24 hours in trans fluid before installing them? when you rebuilt the valve body are you 100% sure you got the bee bee's in the correct spots? and no tears in the gasket? is the vacume module good? and hooked up correctly to the manifo...

buddy thats past rust on the rear well.

i like the chop top, i have thought about doing it to mine but i am no body guy. i won't have a/c either so i am going to have to do something to get it cooled off in there.

anyhow how far are you from getting it running?
