Re: '84 Roof flex

Yeah I used Hurculiner, 2 gallons did the inside, outside, prerunner bumper, and tire carrier. That'll take care of any new rust for a while haha.

Re: Keeping the engine warm in winter

I found a winter front from what I think is one of the only companies making one for a bronco II, Fia. An auto parts or a 4x4 store should be able to special order one, but I think you can get one through Fia online. They use stickon tabs so you can remove the front but still have the tabs mounted t...

Re: '84 Roof flex

I get that same loud popping noise when i'm going down the highway with high winds or with my windows down and mines a 88, After I bedlined my truck (roof included) I only heard the noise once but there was some really bad gusts going on. I think a roof rack would help with the flex.

Re: under dash leak

I removed the blower motor and after cutting through some of the mesh behind it, I removed what seemed like a few pounds of black wet compost, leaves, and sticks. Then I found a drain port to the right of the blower motor housing and used some wire to clean that up. Not sure if it will work yet, aft...

Re: 88 BII will not stay running

I experienced this problem when my Ignition Module started going out and knocked my timing way off to the point where it would sputter for a minute till it would finally turn over and run like crap and then die if i wasn't giving it any gas. I would have your module checked, and also check your timi...

under dash leak

I seem to have gotten this problem that when it rains a lot of water ends up in my truck. After a storm and as soon as I get my truck moving about a quart or water pours out onto the floor from under the passenger dash. the only thing I can think of is that my ventilation duct in front of the windsh...

I tried a good vacuum, but the wire mesh is way to small and the crap stuck in there is large leaves and twigs, which would never go through the mesh.

Blower motor housing and leaves

Today I had to replace my blower motor, at least it waited to die on me after the temperatures got above 0. Anyway, when I removed the blower motor and the fan, I noticed a lot of leaves and twigs wedged between two metal screens going into the heat ducts, What is the best way to get them out, becau...

I had the same thing happen to me once, the selenoid would just click and I got no noise from the starter. I replaced the selenoid and havent had issues since. Even though it was clicking it wasnt sending any voltage to the starter. But I would make sure your battery is fully charged first and then ...

Axle Upgrade

In the spring Im going to replace my leaf springs on my 88 Bronco II and a friend of mine has a Ford 8.8 sitting around he doesnt need. So my question is what would need to be customized with that axle swap; U-bolts, Driveshaft, shock mounts? Also what would be the best choice one out of a ranger or...

theres two lines coming out of the air box, one hooks up to the intake and is your vacum line while the other is just a drainage line for the air box.
