lol dude you got a lot of work headed your way lol im also in the process of doing this my self and really you can use about any transmission you want that will bolt up and if not they usually make an adapter bell housing i went with a c4 transmission now they dont stock bolt up to your t case this ...

well did you hear the pump kick in or try running power to it just to see if it was good you could have a bad relay?

o i had the issue of the terminal on the pump under the drivers seat was so rusted it came off i also had one of the fittings that screws into each end of the inline pump have some pit holes on it and at high pressure it really sucks!

well here is the c4transmision with bell housing, advanced adapter, and borgwarner 1350 t case o and i got the torque converter that went with it all for 450.00 but was a 650 mile or so round trip for picking it up. every thing seems to be in good condition from the looks so far still have to pull i...

also if you use some of the ford plastic fuel clips to put the hose back on like if you break one the new plastic clips are way easier if you grind them down a little because I got stock replacement ones and weren't even close but after sanding them down they fit like a glove

yeah defiantly what Ranger Dave said i did the opposite and tried using the manual with automatic and 4 weeks later it ended up well what was left of it in the neighbors yard

well over the weekend got the floor pan welded then got a two inch lift for the body put on also had to weld a patch on the frame where one of the mounts was at due to sever pa rust and got my engine a little more back together got a new intake in the mail i will try to get a pic on the engine tonig...

do you mean the black one on the rail that un screws? if so it's a filter so it wont pick up rust and other junk out of the tank and go through the hi pressure pump, but think you also put more strain on one pump

here is the old timing chain cover two of the old bolts sheered of and left a lot of the bolt on the holes to I thought why dont I just tap/pry it out so here's what happened
