Couple of suggestions Axle needs to be centered, left to right. too far to the drivers side. Looks like you have the plastic part missing on the rad arm bushings or the wrong bushings all together for the 79 brackets. Axle needs to be pushed forward more. Like 4-5" more. Depending how much lift...

I was lazy and didn't put the winter front back on. Lets Just say it was a mite chilly on the way to work today.

Normally I can run the truck with the e-fan off on the highway and it gets a bit over 140°. Today it didn't even make it to 120°

So it'll go back on today when i get home.

Looks good. Too bad you have to cover it up. Now if you could make a metal replica. You would be in business. Seems everytime I put on a new plastic grill, it would last about a week. It's coverd temporarily. I should pull the cover off and see what it looks like. I think I'm going to keep the whit...

After looking at it more I couldn't sink the lights in without making a funky rear panel to house the lights. I just made a plate to have the lights sit in the groove. :tongue2: http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p198/Villanmotorsports/BIV%20Bronco/lights/Markers/EBgrill002.jpg http://i128.photobuck...

Pull the wheel off and all shrouding. There is a roll pin holding it in. Drive out the roll pin. You won't see it untill the wheel is off.

Should be able to knock it out then.

I swapped the 90 tumbler I had for one from an 87 as I had more keys for it.

Here is the LED flipped around. Going to trim the grill some and bond in an aluminum mounting panel behind it. The light will be sunk into the grill about another 1 inch yet.
