I did a 3 inch body lift on my 84 and didnt run into any problems. Im running 31,s on it and she pulled fine, even chirps them occasionally. stock 2.8, clutch and rear. hardest part was putting them in, did one side at a time. Alright guys, got it all back together and shes running. now for the hard part, since the carb was rebuilt i need to fine tune it. cleaning gas tank out

ok guys, whats the best way to get all the caked up varnish stuff out of the tank without breaking any laws? I couldnt believe how nasty it looked and smelled after I dropped the tank.

thanks, she was painted about 15 years ago all black. she was a red, black, with silver in the middle, didnt care for the color but she ran well. shes been sitting for almost 5 years now. thank you, my 1984 Bronco II ive had her for 25 years and she still runs and moves. 3inch body lift 31 inch tires, on rims ive had for 15 years. she needs a V-8 now if I can find one.

ok, why wont they load up? i'm better with tools then computers but i keep trying. every time i get the file upload box but it just shows processing forever any help

2.8 Headers

I was just wondering if anybody ever tried the 2.8 headers on their truck. I have to fix an exhaust leak and i fiqured i might try them. I know it says they are for 2 wheel only but why?

did you make sure there was nothing on the top of the dist cap before you put it back on?
no crap on the metal inside the cap. plug wires on the right cylinders. change the filter in front of carb? check fuel then too. have someone turn engine over with line off fuel filter.
