Re: The Tek At Large Website is shutting down!
What a bunch of Morons over at the Old TekAtLarge website. They told me on the 14th it would be down on that date but like usual ARVIXE Web Hosting :flipoff: :flipoff: :flipoff: dropped the ball. I went in myself and went on a wholesale delete party. I whacked everything in the site. :mad2: ...

I will second LMC Truck. If your tailgate is cracked at the spare mounts get a 4x6 piece of say oh 0.050 aluminum remove the hardware and bolt or rivet the aluminum over the body and and re install the latch mount.broncofan wrote:LMC truck has them

Re: Inherited '88 BII
That is a right fine looking BII. I still love the stance of a nearly stock BII. I will get a replacement BII for my project 2.9 eventually. in the meantime I just plug away on the current projects.

Re: The Tek At Large Website is shutting down!
Hello kaidenshi, I do appreciate your offer of hosting but I think I am going to take a break from chasing php commands and such. I found I never seemed to have the time to keep everything fresh and up to date. I have a copy of everything so if someone here needs any info they can request it here an...

The Tek At Large Website is shutting down!
With a lot of thought I have decided to "Shut Down The Tek At Large" Website.
It has been fun but lately all the crap with my Host and the constant hacking attempts on my site had convinced me to pull the plug. I may return at a later date but till then I am shutting it down in 45 days.

Re: Clutch
I was re reading your post and something you said tripped a memory cell. If I understood you correctly you said you pulled the trans out of the vehicle and put it back in. If so I presume you disconnected the clutch slave cylinder. If this is correct, Did you bleed the clutch when you put it back in...

Re: Clutch
It sounds like a transmission problem. I don't know how a clutch could cause a shifter to pop out of gear. Is it possible that the shifter is hitting something like the floor or seat and not going fully into gear? A transmission that consistently pops out of any gear has internal problems. You might...

Internet Host Providers are all Jerks
I have about had enough of internet host providers. I am beginning to believe that there is not 1 god provider out there. of course maybe I am being to harsh! Here's the scoop, My website tekatlarge.org has been hosted by the same provider for about 2 to 3 years now. This is about the 5th provider I...

Re: Clutch
I am a bit confused here, Is you rig jumping out of gear running down the road? Or is this a slippage problem. Is the clutch slipping? The throw out bearing usually just makes a lot of noise like screeching or popping when it fails. If you vehicle clutch feels like it is slipping then you probably h...
