I've got a cracked fuel line in my 90 BII. Can I get fuel lines from the Ranger or Explorer? I was told by someone that it's difficult to find fuel lines for the BII? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Changing out the rims will not be difficult. You just have to make sure the rims you buy/get have a large enough size hole to fit the hub.
