i have a 90 with a 2.9 and a auto trans, i usually get 15 all around driving and thats with 33x12.50's, before i lifted it i could get 17. still beats my heep wrangler with the 4.0 and 3 speed that only gets 14 on a great day.

thanks for all the help everyone, i forgot to mention that i did replace the fuel filter. I had the codes pulled on it and didnt get anything. i did try disconnecting the exhaust pre-cat and still seemed to have the same problem. ill try checking the o2 sensor next, then if that shows good i just go...

well i just changed the computer in it also and that still has no effect. i think it is something electrical because if i turn it off then back on it fixes itself temporarly like it is reseting itself, any ideas?

so changing that thing is easier said than done, i was going to if possible try and change it without removing the distributor, but i ran into problems. from what i can see the bolts holding the module on are hex head, but i cant seem to find a socket or anything for that matter that will fit into t...

help please

ive got a 90 b2, 2.9 and auto trans. lately ill be driving along and all the sudden the engine starts missing and loses powers and it gets worse and worse until it finally wont move down the road, but if i pull over, turn it off and then back on it will run fine for a few more miles then start doing...

so i bought me a new ride the other day. i hate to be a traitor and what not but i needed something more dependable than my old ford and my boss gave me a real good deal on his old jeep. its a 4.0 with a 4in rough country with some 32x11.5's nothin to fancy. hope yall like

a friend of mine had a f-250 with a auto trans, on it the reverse lights only worked when you pulled the shifter towards you and held it there, his had a bad switch in the column.

fell off!!!!! the thing that keeps the spindle nut from backing off decided to give up on life and so the spindle nut backed off and the tire..............well just look at the pics. :redneck: run em to the wheels fall off LOL
