Found the correct part, figured I’d post here in case anyone has the same issue. F2TZ-7E395-D is correct. First time I ordered it they sent me the wrong part.

Yup that it was, thanks man. Sorry forgot to respond earlier. Ordered a new parking brake and got it installed pretty easy.

I cannot for the life of me figure out what this thing is called, but there's a spring that was hooked on to my brake line where it runs along the frame just below the driver's door.
