Welcome Bronco Bruce! I have a 84 4x4 with no lift - I'm running 31 10.50 R15 on the factory rims. If I turn real sharp while hitting a bump the front rub a bit. You won't have a problem with the 235's

the outer section of the right hand shaft assembly is part # SPI-40394 I can't find this part at all

1984 B2 4x4 with Dana Spicer model 28 front axle. I need the right front outer cv axle - lost seal and bearing which trashed the right hand shaft assembly and can somebody tell me for sure that the outer shaft will slide out of the inner shaft (please tell me it will!) and if it does the best way to...

I don't remember what model that carb was - my cousin is helping me with this project. its a reman - i think for an early 80's model Ford truck - its doesn't have the electric choke - I can figure out what it is and let you know. It only ran me about $250 I did make a copy of the link you sent over ...

Update: found carb was severely rusted - beyond clean and rebuild - new carb and she is running better than ever!!! This carb is dura spark friendly so, thats the next project!

Plugs are sooty, not oily. Generally smokes when cranked especially after its cooled off a bit or cold. My cousin is helping me out with getting her going, he is thinking the carb needs to be cleaned or rebuilt. I agree with that with the shape the gas tank was in when I got it. It is the 2.8 motor....

This B2 has been setting up for 2 years when I got a hold of it. Replaced fuel tank, flushed lines, filter, plugs and wires etc. it's been running ok, smoking a little especially at start, using a bit of oil. I have about 600 miles on it. Does an 84 B2 4x4 have a second fuel filter besides the one at the carb. I've been told it does by several people but have yet to find it. Anyone know for sure? Mine is spitting and sputtering back thru the carb until it gets warm. Then it idles fine but feels like I'm dragging and anchor. But not a...
