Re: Checking In
Shotguns arent much fun on golphers unless they're close and on the run.Lol.... this years new toy is a Ruger Mini 14... a small but fast .223 cal bullet that can reach out 300+ yards, the scope is specifically built for the .223 trajectory so whether you set it for 50yds or 300yds its spot on, and ...

Re: 1984 ford bronco II 2.8 Carburetor
I converted one of my B2s about 10 years ago and it hasnt missed a beat since... the body has rusted away and looks like crap so I put a snowplow on it about 6 years ago and it starts in 40 below weather. There is also a noticable improvement in HP once its converted. I liked it enough that I have ...

Re: 1984 ford bronco II 2.8 Carburetor
Ya thats it... basically its the same electronic ignition that Ford used in the late 70s, its very dependable and super simple to work on later on if need be.

Re: 1984 ford bronco II 2.8 Carburetor
Your doing a motor swap to avoid carb issues??? Thats rather extreme.Lol The 2.8 is a great engine if you do the Duraspark conversion, thats costs about $500usd and it deletes all the polution control and troublesome electronics including the computer and ignition module. It only takes a few hours ...

Re: New and need help
I cant tell from the VIN but.. All Bronco II have the transfer case however NOT ALL have the front differential.... so if it isnt 4x4 now then you will need a front diff to convert it.

Re: What did you do with your Bronco II today?
Welcome to the forum Galusha... got some pics of your B2 you can share??
Ive had a mid winter thus far so the B2 snowplow hasnt seen much action. I cleaned out the shop recently so I can get the XLS in and see if I can free up the motor... if not I'll have to bite the bullet and start a motor swap.
